The whole album is truly great, as are his albums before and after this one, but this song is his best in my opinion. It's a masterpiece and is one of the best songs of its genre. Heavenly.

Oh, and if you like Talk Amongst The Trees and haven't heard anything else from Eluvium, listen to Copia. It was released in early 2007, a few years after TATT. It's more piano-based and has shorter songs for the most part, but it's wonderful from beginning to end as well. Matthew has this way of making songs sound so beautiful, celestial and other-worldly. He's a genius. <3

Listening to this song and browsing Facebook, I almost feel like I can feel time escaping me. It's like I can tell that we could be here one day and then the next day everything's gone and that I should do the cliché "seize the day." But if I know that, what's holding me back from it? I digress. Great song.
