Dear Citi Zēni, I hope very much that you will really read my comment. I saw you for the first time yesterday on the Eurovision and I must say that I don't believe you weren't qualified. Your song is so awesome that I couldn't sleep all night after the contest and was walking in circles in my room and dancing while listening "Eat your salad" over and over again in repeat.
And I think it's not only perfect for having an awesome time, it also has very high quality as a work of art. It's unbelievable how you're promoting a good idea and staying ironic about it at the same time. It's something that is usually to see in good classic books.
And the energy and charisma of you all was flowing through the screen to me so powerful like a stream of a veggie juice. The charisma and appearance of Jānis has reminded me on a British actor named David Tennant, maybe you do know him, he's really someone who people could learn from how to spread energy and charm. Jānis, you're truly like him in this way.
And of course the style of your music is really something unbelievable well done. And the smiles of all of you are now in my heart forever.
Actually, I'm vegetarian and green, so I wish also thank you for making being green cool. I was always thinking that this is hot, but you did say it in a best possible way. And me as a woman wish also thank you for promoting cunnilingus as something that cool guys also could like to do.
And all the covers you've done show that you are really great musicians. I would say you've taken an essence of every song you covered and made it visible in only one minute. Maybe your sincerity and truly love for music made it possible.
So I think you're not someone who writes only one successful song, you're someone who could have really long and rich artistic biography. Maybe my opinion is valuable cause I'm in art all my life, I was studying music and I'm writing stories, so maybe I'm someone who can understand and appreciate how good are both music and words in your song. But I think not only me has appreciated it, but also millions of other people, cause real art affects everyone.
I think, competitions for artists are unfair as a phenomenon. You're cool and don't deserve being judging. People should come to your incredibly positive show not for deciding if you are good enough or not, but for enjoying, for dancing and smiling and thinking "Oh, this life is soooo good, why didn't I notice it before".
So please don't give that undeserved fail let you down. Stay rebellious and sincerely. Don't you ever think if you were good enough, cause you certainly were.
You do deserve all the ears in the world to hear you and all the legs to dance to your music. And for me personally you are the winners, and in my imaginary world your song did win the Eurovision.
