Born July 28, 1961, is a Taiwanese singer, probably best known for his song, 'Qing Fei De Yi', featured on the Taiwanese drama, Meteor Garden, and currently the host of several Taiwanese talk shows. His wife was Annie Shizuka Inoh.

The lyrics to 庾澄慶's song Qing Fei De Yi talks about someone experiencing love at first sight. The opening lines "Nan yi wang ji chu ci jian ni" (难以忘记初次见你) which means "hard to forget the first time I saw you" sets the tone of the song. The singer is unable to forget the person they saw. They describe the person's eyes as "yanshui mi ren" (炎水迷人) or "captivating fiery eyes". Despite the passage of time, they still feel the presence of the person in their mind.
