Ascending in an elevator made of glass
Going up in a see-through glass elevator

I′m going way too fast in a cone-shaped transparent shaft

What could it be?

Peeiling itself as i get higher
The higher up the elevator goes, its outer layer starts to shed

Up in the air, soon at the top
Approaching the top of the elevator's ascent

This climbing greenhouse doesn′t seem to want to stop
The elevator seems to continuously ascend without stopping

And without dwelling mid-air
Not spending too much time in the elevated position

Toppling over, i'm beginning to stare
Feeling a sense of falling and looking down

At the ground that's getting near
Watching as the ground approaches

I am gonna feel like this is more than ever real
Feeling like this experience is more real than anything else

When i hit the ground i′ll find that bed of mine
Expecting to find the comfort of their bed once the dream is over

Which means i am in a dream
Realizing they are in a dream

Better yet what is called real is another dream
Everything that is perceived as reality may just be another dream

Opens up the possibility to do some flying
Realizing that the dream allows for the possibility of flight

I′m sort of trying
Attempting to fly

So i'm still inside the elevator
Continuing to be in the glass elevator

Keeping it and me afloat though somewhat strenuously
Trying to keep the glass elevator in the air while struggling

Now i do know that i′m in a dream
Fully aware that they are dreaming

I'm the creator and i know what that means
As the dreamer, they have creative control over their dream

I can peel right through this wall
Realizing the ability to walk through walls

So i begin to focus on
Directing their focus to a specific task

Dematerialize and reach the beyond
Attempting to dematerialize and transcend their limits

Starting to work, starting to slide
Slowly beginning to make progress

It′s taking too much effort, and it's taking a while
Feeling like the progress being made is too slow and requires too much effort

I'm stuck half way through, tell me why
Feeling stuck while attempting to transcend their limits

Got so much faith
Feeling optimistic

In this lucid state
Feeling empowered in the state of being fully aware and in control of their dream

Some expectation fails me
Not meeting certain expectations

(I′m so out of control, this was harder than i thought)
Feeling like they are losing control and this task is harder than anticipated

The view is great
Enjoying the view from their elevated position

And after all
Despite the challenges, the situation is not all bad

It′s not so bad to be all flying with a lift around my weist
It's enjoyable to be flying with ease

I am in a dream
Continuously realizing that they are in a dream

I'm awake and pretty keen
Despite being in a dream, they feel fully awake and aware

To see just how far i can stretch
Curious to explore the extent of their creative control within the dream

Feeling a sense of control over their experience in the dream

If i ever had the will to find that bed of mine
