I'm gonna write an exam tomorrow and a huge part will be aristotle aka Aristoteles in my language. Actually, even the laguage change from German (my language) to English is quite huge. E.g. the translation of eleos and phobos are more of whimper and shock instead of pity and fear. However, pity and fear would be the exact translation of Lessing's theories, so I can't even imagine, how different the greek meaning actually was. This was really helpful to visualize everything, thank you

Good, but two corrections:

1) THREE UNITIES. The Poetics only proposes two unities (action, time). The unity of place is a Renaissance invention.

2) Sophocles didn't title his play "Oedipus Rex." Why would he? "Rex" is Latin for King, and Aristotle wrote in Greek. The play is more accurately titled: "Oedipus tyrannus."

+Maddie Kuns I'm glad you liked it! I used a screen capture program (Camtasia) to record myself working in Photoshop CS5. I recorded the audio separately in Garageband, then I imported all those files into iMovie to edit & combine :)
