I see you drew
Yeah oh o oh oh oh
Let's get it started
Lets kick it all all right right right
I'm I'm I'm dancin' for my life life life
Lets kick it all right right right
Lets kick it all right right right
I'm I'm I'm dancin' for my life life life life
Now now now I started dancing I'm feeling the vibe
I'll tell you how I'm feeling while its still in my mind
Shock wave through your body that you feel in your spine
Killer rhymes help fill in while I'm spilling my mind like
One time are you down for that see I really want to know
Where the dance is at you know are rhythm
Make are bodies want to answer that and this dance can expand
To our hands and clap so get it pop it like you dance a lot
And let it drop to the feeling were your hands will pop
Now while your heads starts rocking to the jams
I drop or feeling not ooh yeah like
Life is dance we dance for life
The stage the bands the fans the lights oh
When you tell me you better answer right
'Cause baby there's lights were gonna dance tonight like
Lets kick it all all right right right
I'm I'm I'm dancin' for my life life life
Lets kick it all right right right
I'm I'm I'm dancin' for my life life life
Lets kick it all right right right
I'm I'm I'm dancin' for my life life life life
Mmm yeah, dancing for my life
The lyrics of Adam Hicks's song Dance For Life speak to the power of dance and music to bring people together and unify them through a shared experience. The opening lines, "A plus baby, ooh, I see you drew," suggest that the singer is seeking connection with his audience. He then implores them to join him in a celebration of life through dance, with the repeated refrain, "Let's kick it all right, I'm dancing for my life."
The verses are filled with vivid imagery, as the singer describes the physical and emotional sensations he experiences while dancing. He speaks of a "shock wave" that courses through his body, and of "killer rhymes" that help him to express his thoughts and feelings. He invites his listeners to join him in this experience, urging them to "get it poppin' like you dance a lot." Overall, the song is an exhortation to live in the moment, to let go of one's inhibitions and surrender to the joy of music and movement.
