The song "After Rain" by Aimer (エメ) speaks of the fleeting nature of life and finding hope in difficult times. The lyrics describe a journey home after it has rained, with damp clothing and a slightly lonely feeling. The reference to the "small flowers swaying in the mist" speaks of the beauty and fragility of life, and the fact that even the tiniest things can have an impact on us. The line "yesterday's you is still there, shining more beautifully than before" suggests that even when we feel low, there is always something or someone that can bring light into our lives.
The chorus of the song expresses a sense of comfort and reassurance, with the imagery of a kiss from the wind and the statement "it's okay". This reminds us that even in the midst of sadness and confusion, there is always a brighter future ahead, and that we are not alone. The final verse speaks of the idea of letting go and moving forward, with the line "singing a song of goodbye, a love song that nobody knows". This suggests that even when we say goodbye to the people and things we love, they will continue to exist in our hearts and memories.
