So today I wrote a song for you
I wanted to express my feelings to you through this song today.

Dealing with problems can be straightforward if you know how to approach them.

Sometimes we make things worse by dwelling on negative thoughts.

You are avoiding confronting your pain and trying to ignore it instead.
