The band reached it's current formula in September 2008. Then the work started. They found a Studio, started with a few covers, and then worked on their own music. The first concert was in December 2008, and it was a hit, receiving grat reviews in local newspapers and radios.
anuary 2009 All One entered the studio to begin recording their music. The first two songs also appeared on the Quattro Stagioni compilation along with songs from bands like Vespera and Stereofeelings.
After the compilation was completed All One and the other bands that recorded for it began a national tour, which was the first Quattro Stagioni Tour, that is planned to be organized each season(hence the name Quattro Stagioni) with different and new bands each time.

In the spring of 2010 Alin and Mihai left the band for personal reasos. Shortly after, Vlad Dolha joined the band and brought a new sound to the band. Radu Roman appeared in the summer of 2010 to fill the drummer position. Winter of 2010 brought the first video for All One-Choices, which marks the new direction that the band has evolved to.
