unfortunately, my father died from a heart attack two months after my highschool graduation. it devastated me alot, he was all i had.

Just went through this very same thing a month ago. My lady had been battling kidney disease the majority of her adult life. She fought so hard and valiantly to stay here, but obviously God needed her more than me. She was truly a walking angel loved by EVERYONE who encountered her. She was put on this earth to touch hearts, and she grabbed mine and loved it and held on to it so tight, and I did the same with her. There will never be another like her on this earth, and I'm thankful I had the honor to be in such a beautiful, magnetic, and majestic presence. Beautiful outside and inside....God I miss her and love her so much.....

Of course this scene tears me up inside you know I wish I had friends like this I have traveled all over the states I'm bout to head to Jamaica hoping to connect with people who are genuine. My tears are flowing from the pain of not knowing and for the pain that I'll never know who my real friends are.

This scene in it's poetic way held candle to my heart. Not long ago I lost my aunt to heart failure she had. I saw her 3 weeks before her death and that was the last talk we had before her homegoing. I feel this scene alot. Goes to show how short life is.

Same thing happened to me at my dad's funeral. I was breathing deeply throughout the service so I wouldn't break down. But when we arrived at the cemetery, I saw his casket, then I looked to my left, saw my brothers breaking down, and I did too. When the reality sets in that someone who's a part of you is gone, it leaves a big hole in your soul. The straight face that Lance kept the whole time was denial. His breakdown was reality setting in.

Mia was the best thing that ever happened to Lance Sullivan's life and football career. She had a beautiful family with him. All of his boys were there for him even though they had their own struggles with relationships. Mia having cancer and his friends spending time with her and lance brought them together. The best part of the movie is when Mia tells lance that he must forgive taye Diggs for what happened her and him is very true. She also said that he would need taye Diggs as lance would need him. He did need his friend when Mia's casket went down in the ground. He needed support for the loss of his wife and the most beautiful thing is taye Diggs wife ended up having a child named in Lance's wife's honor. The true testament of friendship, hardships, tragedy and blessings rolled up in a great movie!

This part really tore me up, I think each & everyone who seen this movie probably memorized a sad moment when they lost a loved one during the holidays. When I seen December 28th scrolled on the screen which was the day of Mia's funeral, I broke into tears myself cuz that's the day my dad died. Still to this day.. the year 2022... it just truly breaks my heart seeing him breakdown …he let go of all that anger and finally allowed his emotions to show. I can’t wait for the new show not movie.

This is heartfelt scene. I don't think I would be able to sit in there if I lost my wife. I know I have to be strong for my children but it's hard to lose someone you love.

This movie is definitely on the top 10 list. These actors and actress are AMAZING. ALL so beautiful.. I really wish they do Best Man #3. I heard rumors for awhile then nothing. Lance deserves Love. It will be hard to replace Mia. ❤❤❤

i remember the first time i watch this movie, the minute lance started to break down, i was screaming at the screen “LORD JESUS SOMEBODY CATCH HIM CATCH HIM” 🥺 this is by far the saddest scene ever

One of the best holiday movies ever made. The only movie close to Home Alone. It really is #1 in my book, then, Home Alone, then the Grinch. I remember when it came out & no one expected it to be so deep. Heartbreaking movie 💔

I’m pretty sure everyone experienced the same thing. But I remember being in the movie theater and when this scene was over EVERYBODY in the theater was crying. It was hard not to. Anyone else?

I tell ya, the moment that casket starts going down, that feeling is too real. I remember losing my dad and I held it together that day, not too down but knew to be strong cause of family and my mother was there crying. The moment the casket started going down, what I felt cant be described. I couldnt hold myself back and I never felt weak the way I did and I lost it.

This scene is too real and watching it again hits home. That feeling is too strong to manage control.

I just watched the movie FULLY , & when I say I was emotional from the time she said she had cancer , till Lance broke down over casket … that’s how deep the emotions were. All around I may just been an emotional being , but this movie was great. 😢👏🏾
