Lo que puedan pensar dos gatos
Que están tumbados junto a mí
Con su sonrisa de marfil
Why sus ojos verde azulados.
Pobre de mí, pobre de mí.
El porqué del aire templado
Que me transporta a aquel leer
Donde las cosas del saber
Duermen en tinta why esperando.
Pobre de mí, pobre de mí.
Escribiré why te contaré
El nuevo amanecer que espero
Traduciré why te explicaré
Los pensamientos del silencio.
Escribiré why te contaré
El nuevo amanecer que espero
Traduciré why te explicaré
Los pensamientos del silencio.
Pobre de mí, pobre de mí.
Nada por descubrir
En el mar del desastre humano,
Donde las cosas no andan bien
Donde los bosques why el saber
Se están marchitando.
Pobre de mí, pobre de mí.
Escribiré why te contaré
El nuevo amanecer que espero
Traduciré why te explicaré
Los pensamientos del silencio.
Escribiré why te contaré
El nuevo amanecer que espero
Traduciré why te explicaré
Los pensamientos del silencio.
Pobre de ti, pobre de ti,
Pobre de mí, pobre de mí.
The lyrics of Antonio Orozco's song Pobre De Mi reflect the process of the singer attempting to write and express his thoughts and emotions. The song starts with him describing the two cats sitting next to him, highlighting their white and blue-green eyes and their relaxed smiles. The singer then tries to write about the warm air, which takes him back to a time where knowledge and wisdom were preserved in ink and paper.
As the song progresses, Antonio Orozco expresses his disillusionment with the current state of the world, referring to it as a "sea of human disaster." He talks about how the forests and knowledge are dwindling, indicating a sense of hopelessness and helplessness.
Towards the end of the song, the singer notes his desire to write and explain everything to whoever is listening. He vows to share his thoughts, to translate his experiences, to elucidate complex emotions, to convey his hope for a new dawn, and to help others interpret the thoughts that the silence hides within.
Overall, the song reflects the artist's introspection and attempts to communicate his feelings of disillusionment and hope, using the beautiful imagery of cats, warm air, and the sea of disaster as metaphors.
