It's four dancers but only one trampoline. They are recorded separately. But they are synchronized to the music. That's what dancers do.

@Tony Kuzmisin they look similar, but if you pause it during the scenes that show all 4 at oncs (1:09 is an excellent example) you can see they have different builds, skin tones, heights, etc...

because of the blank studio background, it would be relatively trivial to record the girls all seperately and then digitally put them all together. i almost guarantee this was the way it was done, cause then you can then individually edit their timing to have their feet hitting the trampoline exactly on the beat.
the footage would also double for their solo scenes.
