It’s not easy to categorize his music in terms of genre. The sound is mostly experimental. First, Mayhem used Impulse Tracker (around 1997-1999). He didn’t have enough samples and created music via patching all kinds of files and the games’ sounds.

That continued until 2005 when he founded a band called Brainfuck and shifted from Tracker to notes. Having recorded several demos Brainfuck split up by 2007. After that, he returned to making completed musical works. Up to the end of 2008 he tried out many genres such as techno, trance, house, ambient, IDM, 8-bit, drum&bass, and industrial.

Since 2009 the musician decided to use all his experience for making the new sound. He released an experimental album “The Sound Theory”.

I've seen her in Mythic Quest and she looks super petite there, like maybe 5'. Either they're not handing out apple boxes (her character spends most of her time sitting down anyway as a playtester), or no amount of apple boxes can bring her up to everyone else's eye line.

I just really wish they used the Wonderlands flavor rather than the old Borderlands 2 one. The new game's classes, items and enemies are much more clearly their own thing, rather than a thinly skinned spinoff of the Borderlands world.

It's a fun system. Slightly unpolished though. Lots of little things that are kind of unclear, like the range of certainly attacks and abilities, but other than that the source book is very handy in helping a BM guide their vault hunters through Pandora.

Notice to everyone reading!!!
If you want to play dnd more like Ify then here's some things:
1. Don't be afraid to speak up. If you have something you think would be fun to do then do not be afraid to interject during a slight lull with what your character does.
2. Try to talk in character whenever you can. Your character's voice does not have to be a thick accent or a drastic change in tone but doing something to signify that you are talking in character allows for easy roleplay and fun moments for the whole table.
3. Be as aware of possible character moments as often as you can. Constantly scanning social moments in the game for things that you think that you're character would do and acting on them almost always makes for fun/funny scenes. Do try to make them not just statements but rather acts/sentences that would allow someone else to ask you a question or act further upon what you are doing. Add in details that you think might give someone else motivation to act or ask. If you steal something from someone's pocket then say that your character holds the hand with the item(s) out behind your back towards a party member. If you slay a monster with the finishing blow then say that you knock them into the air towards someone else.

These things may be easier said than done but simply trying to do them could help a ton and you'll definitely get better at it the more you do it!

This is easily in my top 3 fave one-shots they've done. Ashly, Ify and Robbie are 3 of the best guests CR has ever had. The energy here was so chaoticly hilarious and their joy was infectious. Not to mention Ash, Laura and Travis brought their accent A-game and I love it. Ashly Burch was so good behind the bunker master screen. I'd hands down watch her run a whole series of this.

It's "been a while" for me so I don't remember the reference; but, at some point during the episode, there was a joke about her being the BM or some such nonsense. So I was referring to that and assumed that anyone who watched the whole episode would get that.

@@adamryan977 It's interesting how Critical Role-centric many critters can be. I can almost understand it, since following Critical Role requires a significant commitment of time and unless one is very into TTRPGs this may be it. But the response to having a talented guest seems to be "How can we absorb them into our Awesomeness?", unaware that they have their own Awesomeness in many places. I used to mainly follow Critical Role. But...UnDeadwood left me wanted more Anjali Bhimani and Khary Payton. Then I watched Aabria on EXU and went looking. I found Misfits and Magic on Dimension 20 and the joy for watching Brennan as a Player Character. On to Pirates of Leviathan. B. Dave Walters was already on my list, but Arielle? Oh my! Then The Seven. More Brennan and Aabria and the entire cast is awesome. I finally made time for LA by Night. Words cannot describe. My GM list currently holds Matt, Aabria, Jason Carl, Brennan, Jasmine Bhullar, B Dave Walters and Ivan von Norman (I'm sure I'm forgetting someone.) And I have so many awesome players on my list Critical Role would never hold them. May they all flourish and pop by to guest here while CritRole regulars pop into their games. Escape from Bloodkeep is on my list. And I heartily recommend We're Alive: Frontier, my most recent discovery.

@@particlezon4028 Honestly EXU didn't worked for me. To much poop and piss jokes, too much idiocy. Don't get me wrong, Critical role has it's stupidity too and a lot of penis jokes, but EXU was just that. It felt like an episode of beavis and butthead. I stopped watching after the second episode, i couldn't bare it. And it wasn't just the guest stars. honestly Matt was the worst in it. Matt created so many great NPC with rich personality and backstories, but Dariax nooo. And I woudn't say i'am against guest stars. Robbie was great, Nila/Sumalee was honestly my most beloved character. Most one-shots with other dm's and guest worked great (like the last one with sam), but sometimes I just missed a chemistry and it just didn't work. And i wouldn't say i'm so critical role centric noting else is acceptable. Especially during EXU i looked for alternatives. And brennan in Dimension 20 just seems always be shocked and overburdened by his players. And Misfits and Magic with Aabria as DM, i mean she is a good dm, but i found the pace of the story to slow. She is always talking so slow and it's great that she let' her players take the time they need to think about what they want to do and what she wants to do, but there are always these pauses. But i really enjoy the adventure zone. Again they seem to have a chemistry working for me. So no I'm not only critical role centered, I try other stuff, BUT Critical role works best for my personality.

Ify is always a treat. There was a chariot racing table top game a while back on Achievement Hunter with him in it. Every turn he took became a cinematic experience of Ify describing his glistening sweat and rippling muscles and it kills everytime

Ashly Burch did such a good job, she makes a really entertaining storyteller. Robbie was awesome in his time on campaign 3 and I, along with a lot of the viewers, was hoping he would stick around for as long as possible. But if the plan is to have several guests join in for prolonged periods, I truly hope Ash can join them at the table. She fits so well with the group. Keep up the great work everyone!
