Reading some of the comments here ,I would just like to point out that this band was not "stupid" or " naive" or any of the other ill-informed words used, they were taken advantage off by professional con-men like so many others in the music business. It is a tragedy what happened and Stan Polley sure did a number on the band. I feel for Pete and Tom and hope they rest in peace along with Mike Gibbins. If what I read is true that Tom's suicide, was a result of an argument with Joey the previous night over royalties from the song "Without You", hopefully he has lived with guilt since 1983. I need to check out the band's Elektra and Radio Records songs as I already know that the Apple releases are pretty amazing.
