Lovely to hear but no need to donate to peoples channel. YouTube works by the amount of views one gets they get paid off it. So if your bringing in 10 million views on YouTube across all your videos you’ll be earning a good amount of money. So basically, you viewing her videos is putting money into her pocket! Ina. I just made this recipe... omg! The family loved it! Thank you so much! The batter was super crispy and golden, very tasty. Only difference was we used Whiting fish instead of cod... but it was amazing!

I have made this fish several times and it comes out perfect every time. I will tell you it’s better with sparkling water than a beer batter it’s lighter not as heavy.

Wow! Tried this last night with cod, and it came out perfect! I bought fresh baking powder (because it only lasts 6 months). I sifted the flour and stirred in the ingredients, including a whole beer. The cod came out looking very similar to yours, and my friends were impressed Thank you so much for this recipe! Delish!

This looks really good. I’m going to try it with the two pounds of cod I have in the freezer. Little suggestion to those of you who might like a little bit of a lighter tarter sauce. Try adding one part sour cream to two parts mayo. Really nice consistency

My favorite way is to use Krusteaz brand buttermilk pancake mix with beer, and add in a few ice cubes into the batter just before frying for extra crispiness.

I followed your recipe step by step and used La Chouffe a blond Belgian beer. I have never had such good fried fish, totally amazing. You selected a good blend of spices and the batter is excellent and I never deep fry . Thanks that was amazing

Angelica, I went to a Mexican grocery here in my town looking to buy some good chili powder. They had lots of red powder in containers but none was a basic chili powder. The girl that was helping me wasn’t quite sure what to suggest. I told her I wanted to make enchilada sauce(your recipe). I know you use a basic chili powder but I was surprised. What do you think?

Made this with swai using beer in the batter. Came out great. Could have used more salt, but that's not a problem of the recipe (she does say "salt and pepper to taste"). Paired with asparagas with hollandaise for a perfect meal.

I have a fish & chip recipe that calls for 1 egg instead of baking powder. I've tried both ways, I think w/out baking powder it is a thinner batter coating that is crisper. But also, you can just add more liquid to it and that would have the same results.

Just made this with the Costco vacuum sealed filets of cod. Used one tall boy of Yuengling. Oil to 350° For first time fryers, the oil temp will drop when you add cold fish. I cooked 2 at a time. Use a candy thermometer clipped to the side and you can keep an eye on it. If it dips below 325° it risks being soggy. I recommend much more diced pickles or relish but that's preference
