this music is seriously calming my brothers dog, he has a barking problem and some separation anxiety. right now he’s locked in my room with me while someone does some work on our house, nothing too noisy. normally he’d be barking like crazy and unable to relax, he’s sleeping right now. i turned it off for 1 second and he’s up and barking. insane.

Change Your Frequency

Keeping a calm, centered, clear state of mind and being allows us to connect to the infinite wisdom and well being that surrounds us. From this place, we are able to release all negative thoughts and feelings which creates a space for new, positive, beneficial, healing feelings and thoughts to arise and take over.

Meditating for at least 1 hour a day (30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night) has been proven to help our bodies heal and help us change our mindsets so that we can change our beliefs and adopt new beliefs that serve our higher purpose. We can attract abundance, health, the right relationships - virtually anything that we focus on. When our minds are clear, we are able to focus on the things that we really want while ridding our minds of things that don't serve us.

To meditate, sit or lie down comfortably where you will not be disturbed. You can start by first observing your breath and taking a few long, deep, controlled breaths and fully feeling each breath. You can focus on the music you are hearing which will cleanse that "little voice in your head" that's always telling you what to and not to do. You can feel your body against the chair/bed/floor and really focus your attention there. You can stare into the blankness of your eyelids if your eyes are closed so that visual images don't dominate your mind. With practice and time, you will be able to clear your mind and energy very quickly which will help you connect to the Universe and allow guidance from the Infinite to clarify your path. Namaste.

True peace comes from knowing your forgiven and all guilt of failures has been removed; Jesus did this at the cross and His resurrection is your proof God the Father is satisfied, this music is up lifting when we lose sight of all that is going on around us.
