In September of 1999, he finished composing a demo, which was listened to by the record label Nems Enterprises, who immediately offered him a record deal. Vázquez would have the hard task of finding musicians who were able to perform to the high standard the project demanded. The label also suggested that vocalists of international fame should participate in the project, making it possible for the album to be released worldwide.
All the songs were composed and written by Beto Vázquez and performed by the band. This way he was in charge of songwriting, musical direction, arrangement, bass guitar, acoustic guitar and electric guitar. Vázquez was able to expand his potential as musician and give shape to a new project based on his personal musical influences which include: Pink Floyd, Rhapsody, Helloween, Skyclad, Porcupine Tree, Moonspell, Blackmore's Night, and In Flames.
The first album released in 2001 Beto Vazquez Infinity
had many guest such as:
Tarja Turunen (former Nightwish, Tarja), Candice Night (Blackmore's Night), Sabine Edelsbacher (Edenbridge) and Fabio Tordiglione (Rhapsody of Fire).
In April, 2002 the tour producer José Luis Botto proposed Beto to take the band on a tour to Spain. The festival featured Barón Rojo, Shaman, Angeles del Infierno and Dark Moor among others. The band took part in the festival playing to their first international crowd. The audience showed a very positive response and the musicians claim to have enjoyed the experience. Beto Vázquez Infinity played as supporting band for bands such as: Nightwish, Labyrinth, Vision Divine, Angra, Tierra Santa and others.
Beto Vázquez has continued this theme with releasing albums with guest vocalist on each album.

As a spell
The strangest of the answers on your head
Are calling to me
Rise a sunny day
See the rise of (a) new day
You killed my heart in tempest
Once again
Bis
And the spell that meant to sanctify our love
Was the end and the beginning of the world
See the rise of (a) new day
You killed my heart in tempest
Once again
II
What seems to hide,
Is the promise we have made some time ago
One starry night behind the rainbow
Before my eyes, when the thunder bursts in rain
I know the Gods dance in the clouds
As a spell
The strangest of the answers on your head
See the rise of a new day
You killed my heart in tempest
Once again
And the spell that meant to sanctify our love
III
Take my hands
Wait for hope, that’s all you’ve got to live for
In the world
Kingdoms fall apart, but I know that our love will live on through
The dark times
Bis
The lyrics to "After The Tempest" by Beto Vázquez Infinity are full of metaphor and emotion, dealing with themes of love, loss, and hope. In the first verse, the singer portrays the aftermath of a tempest - a storm that has destroyed everything in its path, including their heart. The lyrics suggest that there was someone, perhaps a lover or partner, who brought chaos into their life, and despite the damage they caused, there is still something that draws the singer back to them. The words "the strangest of the answers on your head" imply that the singer is perhaps seeking meaning or clarity from this person, even though they know that it may not be forthcoming.
The second verse introduces the idea of a promise made long ago, one that seems to have been obscured by time and circumstance. The word "spell" is used again, suggesting that there was some kind of enchantment or magic involved in the relationship, but this has now been broken by the tempest. The imagery of the thunder bursting in rain and the Gods dancing in the clouds adds a mystical element to the song and creates a sense of grandeur and epic drama.
The final verse is hopeful, urging the listener to take their hand and wait for hope, even in the darkest of times. The lyrics suggest that while kingdoms and empires may fall, love is an enduring force that can survive even the most destructive of storms. Overall, "After The Tempest" is a powerful and introspective song, full of rich symbolism and evocative imagery.
