She is a cancer-survivor, Grammy-nominated singer whose energy is displayed in music (both as a solo artist and as a guest on many gospel recordings). Beverly has been a featured vocalist on T.D. Jakes' recordings, Carlton Pearson's recordings and others.

Her 2011 cd, "Live from Los Angeles, Vol. 2" was released in March, and she is featured on the March 2011 "Hello, Fear" project of Kirk, holding her own with male counterparts Marvin Winans and Rance Allen.

Blessed with a growling, shouting soprano-alto voice. Beverly Crawford comes across as the real-deal in every recording she is featured on.
