Sometimes, it can be difficult to hear the voice of the Spirit and stay connected to faith

It can feel like communication with God has been cut off and one is alone and confused

There's and angel in my spirit but there's a villain in my mind
There is a battle going on between good and evil within oneself

And there's a killing taking place no saving face for my pride
Negative thoughts and emotions can be destructive and difficult to overcome

Difficult situations can make it feel like God is not on one's side
