#1 - Cadmium is a theatrical rock band formed in 2010 by Anthony Da Silva (piano) and Robin Houpier (guitar), who are quickly joined by Olivier Sondag (bass).
Thanks to Emilie Colnat (lead vocals), Cadmium recorded his first demo which was released in December. Even if production was rudimentary, some webzines were encouraging towards this music associating metal and symphonic arrangements.
Meanwhile, the band found its stable line-up with Thibault Duprez (drums), and shared the scene with Fenrir and Nymphea in June 2011.
The band is currently composing for its first album and is also looking for gigs in France and elsewhere.
#2 - Cadmium is a Thrash Metal band from Takapuna, New Zealand. They formed in 2007 and have played a couple of gigs. Currently Cadmium are trying a couple of Vocalists and also writing material for a EP.
