@Joseph Andreuccetti Based on research, there weren't a lot of fighting games on the Wii, especially from Capcom. They wanted to put one in. Also the motherboards on the arcade cabinets at the time were specifically designed for the Wii. Ironically, Capcom didn't plan on bringing this game outside of Japan.

@MatchStick Melee it has almost nothing to do with SFV. It is a nightmare to license in the west because of how spread the rights to the characters are.

I used to live on an island in Brazil with two friends. We worked at a hotel and had a pretty simple life. We only had a tv and a Wii with this game and a Zelda. We played nunchuk mode cause a fightstick or pro controller was impossible to find. This game reminds me of the happiest time in my life.
