I didn't know that I need your approval
To do something that would never include you
Talk is cheap
You want to know what I think?
Go back to your bedroom with your goddamn keyboard
You losers should just redraw
Shooting blanks in the dark
Drop it Low
What is this fucking for?
Are you trying to justify?
You are no better than your words
Here as a waste for the world
My dreams are higher than the fucking sky
I'm going to keep at this
I'll do this till I die
You talk it, I live it
You're jealous, I admit it
You're not going to break my stride
Do I have to bury myself to be unnoticed?
I'll hide there until I grab you and pull you under I will end you
Let me be, let me be
My dreams are higher than the fucking sky
I'm going to keep at this I'll do this till I die
You talk it, I live it, you're jealous, I admit it
You're not going to break my stride
You say that shit to me, and I don't give a fuck
Say it to my face, I'll end you
There's always room for change as long as your prepared
To pay for your mistakes empty your head
You keep on running, at least I got something
To end my life with where do you go now?
You keep on running, at least I got something
To end my life with what do you amount to?
You keep on running, at least I got something
To end my life with where do you go now?
You keep on running, at least I got something
To end my life with what do you amount to?
The lyrics to Capture the Crown's song Rvg speak to the experience of being criticized and undermined by others while pursuing personal goals and dreams. The opening lines, "Where do I begin? I didn't know that I need your approval," display a frustration with the idea that others have a say in what one can or cannot do with their life. The singer is tired of hearing from naysayers who offer no real support or useful advice beyond cheap talk.
The second verse directs harsh words to those who criticize from behind a keyboard without knowing the struggles and hard work that go into chasing a dream. The chorus presents a defiant attitude towards the negativity, insisting that the singer will continue to fight for what they want no matter what others say.
The bridge delves further into the anger and bitterness towards those who try to bring the singer down, suggesting a desire to retaliate and end their detractors. The final lines circle back to the main theme of individual determination and resilience against the odds.
Overall, Rvg is a rallying cry for those who refuse to let the opinions of others dictate their paths in life and choose to push forward despite the obstacles.

I hate when people bitch about the guitat riffs being "generic" or "easy" .. its not about how easy or hard it's played. As far as ive known the guitars job is to create a melody regardless of how easy its played.. guitar makes sound, sound makes melody, melody either sounds nice or it doesnt. The guitarist job is to fucking make a melody and hes doing just that..

8bitskyliner I find this "00 00 00 00 00 (open, open)" style pretty damn challenging, and I've been shredding metal riffs for about 11-12 years. It's how it's played and the control over the sustain which people shouldn't underestimate.
There's more to it than that, kids love to see life in 2D.

The riffs are actially pretty cool. I don't know how exactly they do it to achieve this sound (probably with electronics or something) because the riffs have a very unique "buzzing" sound.
Also the second "melodic" guitar playing in the high melodies in the background (together with the other guitar playing the heavy shugging riffs) creates a very catchy sound.
The singer has a very unique ability to scream very high and at the same time very low "growling" scream as well, which is very rare.
