i remember running to this song when i finally decided to start focusing on my health and incorporating exercise into my daily routine. it was a good motivator, especially when the chorus hits. don't you realize our bodies could fall apart at any second? happy to say i'm healthier now at 28 than i have ever been in my entire life. i wish the same for everyone else out there. megakirbyx I think it’s meant to connect to the idea of the song that the speaker isn’t really good at explaining how he feels towards this person. Like the line “I’m sick of meaning I just wanna hold you” means he’s tired of trying to elaborate on how he feels and just wants to show it. So I think “those are you got some nice shoulders” is the speaker not being good at all with words and his emotions but is still trying to flirt.

Just discovered this band and I'm just feeling so pissed. How had I not known of this group!
