See, I might be all alone, that's the thing you said before
Are you sayin' it was destined? (Destined')
Can't nobody can control, had to let it ride

'Less there really passion
Doin' what I always wanted
All of your doubt, motivated, babe
Fuck your closure, oh (no)

The song Closure by Chris Brown and H.E.R is a powerful message about self-empowerment and dismissal of past relationships. The lyrics highlight an individualistic aspect of life, where the singer tries to move on without any closure from a previous relationship. The opening verses describe the sense of loneliness one experiences after a breakup but with a subtle sense of strength and self-confidence that comes with it. The singer has a strong sense of self-belief, which is why they don't need anybody's opinion or closure to move on. The lines "Didn't have to go to anybody, believed in my vision" show the singer's faith in their vision to move forward without needing any external support or validation.
The chorus is a bold declaration of self-worth and independence. The phrase "Fuck your closure" is used to show the singer's resentment towards seeking or needing closure from any previous relationship. The lines "I don't need, I don't need, I don't need, Yeah-yeah, yeah-yeah, yeah-yeah, You really think that I need, I need your closure" indicate that the singer is done trying to please his ex-partner and that he's moving on without any further delay.
The second verse talks about how the negativity and hate from others motivate the singer to become better. They are learning to disregard those who are holding them back and focus on what they want to achieve. They do not feel the need to prove themselves to anybody, especially those who never believed in them from the beginning. The verses "Always gon' find something to be mad at, I ain't got shit to prove to you, no, Why you jaded?" convey this sentiment.
Overall, Closure is a powerful message of self-love and independence, where the singer chooses to let go of the past and embrace the future without any baggage holding them back.
