(Verse 1:)
The young boy just turned 16
and i got 64's and hot bikes that I rock
Keep 3 or 4 sweeties on my clock,
but all that swinging in that bikini just might convince him.
Slow all the traffic down to a complete stop, cause you speaking that slang that i talk.
That sassy tempo with that walk, maybe the reason that all this jeans(?) may never see me.
(Chorus: 2x)
Momma you may be 3 years older but you hot (gimme that)
You be talking like you like what i got (gimme that)
I know you like it how i lean in the lac,
You can be in the bac saying (gimme, gimme, gimme)
(Repeat Song: 2x)
The song "Gimme That" by Chris Brown featuring Lil Wayne is a catchy and upbeat track that showcases Chris Brown's swagger and confidence as a young man. The song opens with a spoken introduction by Storch and S.Dot, who introduce Chris Brown as "the young boy just turned 16" and highlight the various material possessions he has acquired at such a young age, including "64's and hot bikes that I rock". Chris Brown boasts about his ability to keep "3 or 4 sweeties" on his clock at all times, but it's clear that he has his sights set on one woman in particular who catches his eye.
The woman in question is "3 years older" than Chris Brown, but he is undeterred by the age difference and is clearly attracted to her. He likes the way she talks and walks, and suggests that her sassiness and confidence might be the reason why other men can't keep their eyes off of her. Despite the fact that she may be older and more experienced, Chris Brown feels like he has something to offer her – his lean, his car, and his youthful energy.
The chorus of the song repeats the refrain "gimme that" several times, with Chris Brown urging the older woman to give in to his charms and give him what he wants. The song is a testament to Chris Brown's talent as a performer and his ability to capture a sense of youthful energy and joie de vivre that is infectious and irresistible. The song's catchy melody, upbeat tempo, and playful lyrics all contribute to its popularity and enduring appeal.
