Le prime esperienze con il rap sono già nel 1996 con l'ingresso nella Trema Crew di Napoli, poi con un altro gruppo partenopeo, i TCK, queste esperienze gli danno modo di affinare le tecniche di freestyle, di cui è uno dei massimi esponenti italiani. Nel triennio che va dal 2004 al 2006 si è aggiudicato il titolo di migliore MC al TecnichePerfette 2004, Da Bomb 2005 e Valvarap 2006, giungendo secondo al 2theBeat 2005, e addirittura vincendo l'edizione 2006 in finale contro Ensi, mc che lo aveva battuto l'anno precedente.
Assidua presenza nelle jam del napoletano, stimato artista anche al di fuori della scena locale, Clementino ha svolto diverse collaborazioni per artisti quali Malva & Dj Rex, Mastafive, ha partecipato alla compilation Napolizm uscita negli USA nel 2005, per poi ottenere un contratto dalla Lynx Records e preparare un album come solista. Il 29 aprile 2006 pubblica Napoli Manicomio, disco d'esordio dove mescola l'italiano al dialetto napoletano, e dove presenziano artisti del calibro di Paura dei 13 Bastardi, Chief, Spregiudicati, OneMic, Kiave, oltre ad esponenti locali quali Ganjafarm, Emceeozi', Patto Mc. Le produzioni dell'album sono affidate a Mastafive, Blakesanders, Rayden, Trzta, Oluwong ed Emceeozi'.
