He started his career as a singer in 1992 in the program "Numéros 1 de Demain" in France and with his first single "emméne-moi". When he was 11 years old he decide that his artistic name was going to be "Damien Danza", in relation to his favorite TV program "Madame est servie" where tony danza was the principal character.
At 16 years old Damien auditioned in the show "Notre Dame De París" for the character of a sculptor but that character was removed of the show, so they offered him to be alternate of Phoebus and Gringoire In 1998 was his first time on stage in "Palais des Congrès de Paris" he had been on stage almost 80 times supplying Patrick Fiori or Bruno Pelletier.
In 2001 He performance the principal role in Roméo et Juliette, de la Haine à l'Amour as Romeo Montaigue with Cecilia Caraas the role of Juliette Capulet, This was one of his big Show in France This musical with 37 beautiful songs had:

What I love about these scene is, that Death all the time is acting like she wants Romeo (for herself in some way), that's why she's leaving after his death but when Juliette sings she acknowledge their love and "get them together" in her own way

I love how Death caresses Romeo and Juliet's heads once their dead. It's such a tender action for something that's cold and unforgiving.

From what I get from the rest of the musical, Death was haunting Romeo specifically the whole time. As the popular comment points out - it seemed like Death was just going to leave but changed her mind after hearing Juliet, which it why she was less intimate with her.

She was sort of floating around Juliette through the show with a very predatory look on her face, and you can see that Juliette felt her presence a few times. but I think you're right, she may have just left Juliette there. The difference between the two death songs is that Romeo has accepted that this is his fate while Juliette makes that decision - she's angry and broken hearted and miserable and decides then and there that she wants to die.
