This line sarcastically suggests that the bed is so comfortable that it's not even flammable

The defendant accidentally spilled kerosene while under the influence of drugs

And dozed off with the L lit, doped up on thorazine
The defendant smoked a joint and took a drug called thorazine which made him drowsy

Matter of fact, make mines a double
The defendant is asking for a double dose of drugs

Few could see the point like a line through the Hubble
Suggesting that only a few people can see the bigger picture, like how we see space through the Hubble telescope

Doom hit the eye in the sky with a pie
Referring to the rapper's alter ego, Doom, throwing a pie at a surveillance camera

Shrink said he thinks he believe he could fly
A sarcastic reference to a psychologist stating the patient thinks he can fly despite the fact that he is insane

Spread his wings and flap like a goose
The patient thinks he can fly and even demonstrates it by flapping his arms

He'll show you how to do it if you help him get the straps loose
He is willing to show others how to fly, but needs someone to help him escape from his restraints to do so

Diagnosed as shell shocked from totin toast
The defendant is diagnosed with PTSD due to carrying a firearm

And still could hear the bells rock Doc, another loading dose
Despite being medicated, the defendant still hears ringing bells and is given another dose of medication to calm him down

He claimed he couldn't take the racket
The defendant claimed he couldn't handle the noise and chaos around him

Faked his own escape in a eightball straight jacket
The defendant pretended to escape from his cell using an eightball straight jacket

This, animal, here; this ursine fellow
The artist calls the defendant an animal, comparing him to a bear

The artist is disgusted with the defendant's behavior

He rejected society and retreated
The defendant refused to conform to society's norms and isolated himself

His neighbor was violent and aggressive, using their fists and had a mirror with a thumbhole (possibly for peeping)

Referring to the patient being put in cell twelve, a drumroll played, and paying tribute to his gum sole shoes

A O.G. like a captain that's retired
The defendant is an Original Gangster like a retired captain

Rappers is space cadets yappin' be quiet
The singer is saying that most rappers are too out of touch with reality and should keep quiet

And that's an order ship your daughters to my quarters at once
This line is a joke and not to be taken seriously; a reference to a sexual fantasy

And don't sip the tap water dunce
A warning to not drink tap water which may be contaminated

He is the super, a stranger who talks to you
Referring to someone in the artist's head who they believe is the 'super' and talks to them like a stranger

Maybe even offer tech support and walk you through
The artist is suggesting that the voice in his head may offer technical support and guide him through something

Villain, man in the mask, spit in the face
Referring to the rapper, Doom, who is the villainous man in the mask spitting lyrics

Show him where to go, inside a hand basket case
The singer is telling the listener to guide someone (Doom) towards a bad situation, also known as a 'hand basket case'

The defendant's confession!
The defendant has confessed to the crime

Uh, nothing further
The artist is done and has nothing else to add

Mentok is a fictional character and this line is likely a reference to the show's creators rather than having any real meaning
