Mistery of Goddess
Dark Moor Lyrics

You fled from awful fear
Always hold it to your ear
And the labrys caressing your hands
With pain and sorrow the fight starts,
I only wish to fade far away
You're a deity in my dreams
You feel the power to decide
In the darkness
Waiting for a sign
With pain and sorrow the fight starts,
I only wish to fade far away
A sign in your hand
And one light shine on
Why the mystery of goddess
Is my freedom?
Helm of the stars
Is a spirit of truth
In my heart, in my heart
I feel so alive, with you
Bodua! Celtic goddess of war
Blood, pain and misery within
Aine! Goddess of the land
In the winter torches could be blind
With pain and sorrow the fight starts,
I only wish to fade far away
A sign in your hand
And one light shine on
Why the mystery of goddess
Is my freedom?
Helm of the stars
Is a spirit of truth
In my heart, in my heart
I feel so alone, without you!
The song "Mistery of Goddess" by Dark Moor is a tribute to the power, strength, and mystery of the ancient goddesses. The song is focused on two goddesses, Bodua, the Celtic goddess of war, and Aine, the goddess of the land. The lyrics explain the secrecy and fear associated with living as a believer of such goddesses. The labrys, a double axe known as a symbol of female power, is mentioned being held in the believer's hand, representing the strength and power of the goddess.

The fight against pain and sorrow is constant in the believer's life, and they long to fade away. The sign in the believer's hand represents the power of the goddesses, and their light shines on believers, giving them the strength they need to fight their battles. The mystery of the goddess is what gives the believer freedom and the spirit of truth in their heart.
Overall, "Mistery of Goddess" is a beautiful and powerful tribute to the ancient goddesses and the strength they represent in the hearts of their believers. The song urges listeners to look into history and appreciate the strength, beauty, and mystery of the goddesses that have shaped civilizations for centuries.
