After winning several medals in Jamaica National Festival song competitions at 11 and 12 years of age, Denyque went on to be a straight “A” student when attending the prestigious Belair High School in Mandeville, Jamaica. After graduating with honors in 2008, financial restrictions kept her from accepting a scholarship to Berklee School of Music in Boston in the same year, but Denyque still couldn’t resist her calling to music and decided to keep following her passion.
Under the tutelage of Phillip “Juniour Arrows” Linton, Arrows management steered her to her first hit single “Can’t Breathe” in early 2009. She followed up with another hit single “Pieces”, produced by veteran producer Don Corleon, and then continued honing her skills with producers Neil “Cash Flow” Mitchell, Conroy Forte from Washroom Productions, and another industry veteran, producer Jeremy Harding, releasing her latest single , “Super Girl”.
After her stint with Arrows management had ended, Denyque’s efforts would not go unnoticed and one meeting with Jade Lee CEO of Jade Promotions sealed a new management deal in early 2010.

And I can tell you that it's gonna be
And that I wanna get something to remember
We came to bring this house down
()
Party is kinda dead so you know we got to change that
So DJ if you ready can you put this on a playback
And lets get it started
We came to shut it down
You better know it's on
We came to hijack the club
So ring the alarm
Ring the alarm, ring the alarm
Just ring the alarm
Ring the alarm, ring the alarm
Just ring the alarm
Just ring the alarm
Just ring the alarm
Just ring the alarm
(2)
Feeling tipsy, am in my zone
The stroad lights hit mi
Its like am on
The club is bringing on
Cause am ready for it
I came to shut this club down
(Repeat )

Awesome video with a beautiful songstress and a lovely voice, surprised this song never made it big on the global stage. Maybe Sean Paul should have done a couple verses on it.
