In late 2010 Digital Daggers had the single of the week, "No Easy Way," which gained over 150,000 downloads to promote the release of the debut digital EP Human Emotion. The title track of the EP was used by Ferrero Raffaello for a TV commercial in 2011. Their debut full-length album Close Your Eyes was released on 11 June 2013 by Los Angeles-based indie label El Camino Media. The song "The Devil Within" is currently being featured in trailers for the NBC series The Blacklist, Nikita, and Pretty Little Liars. In February 2014, they released "Aquarius" from the album 'Reimaginations: Volume One', which was used in the first episode of the CW show "Starcrossed".
Digital Daggers released their 2nd and final full-length album Mixed Emotions in 2014. The band had broken up before its release and have since had songs from the album featured in the TV Series How To Get Away With Murder. The song "Back To The Start" is featured on the upcoming Official Soundtrack album for How To Get Away With Murder released on Hollywood Records March 2016. Orange is the New Black featured "Save Us From Ourselves" in Season 7, Episode 4: "How to Do Life." The song begins as Maria recites from a pamphlet "Take what you want and leave the rest."
On 9 November 2017, Digital Daggers announced their return to the stage by presenting their newest song, "Devil's Choir". Space has been heavily active in the film and TV sync world as an artist, producer and performer, especially with his band Digital Daggers.

'Don't know 'til you're in it
how deep it goes
to the very last minute
time starts to slow down
slow down
I was on top of the world once
I was on top of the world once too
stumbling stumbling
tumbling tumbling
I lost my kingdom to settle for less
Now I'm spinning around in a paper bag dress
Wondering if this is as good as it gets?
I traded my crown for a beat in my chest
So I could see another day
Oh I knew the price that I would have to pay
To be free
I only needed
to let go
So I started sinking
further below
under the surface
that covered the soul
I never dreamed it'd be easy
but I never dreamed it would break me so
I'm stumbling stumbling
crumbling crumbling
oh
Stripped to the core is there anything left?
Take all my sorrows and all my regrets
Every last thing that I had to confess
I traded my crown for a beat in my chest
So I could see another day
Oh I knew the price that I would have to pay
To be free
I only needed
to let go
to let go
to let go
So I could see another day
Oh I knew the price that I would have to pay
To be free
I only needed
to let go
So I could see another day
Oh I knew the price that I would have to pay
To be free
I only needed
to let go'
The lyrics of "Paper Bag Princess" by Digital Daggers explore the theme of self-discovery, resilience, and the sacrifices one makes for personal freedom. The song portrays a journey of transformation, where the singer realizes the depth of their situation and the consequences of their choices.
The opening lines, "Don't know 'til you're in it, how deep it goes, to the very last minute, time starts to slow down," indicate the singer's realization of the gravity of their circumstances. They were once on top of the world, but now find themselves stumbling and tumbling, representing the downfall and loss of their kingdom. Instead of settling for less, they embrace their vulnerability and continue their search for fulfillment.
The metaphor of the "paper bag dress" symbolizes the fragility and imperfections the singer feels after trading their crown for something more authentic. They question if this newfound reality is the best they can achieve, but they are determined to keep going, surrendering to the flow of life. As they sink beneath the surface, they confront their own soul and realize that the journey may be difficult, but it is also capable of breaking them. They acknowledge the hardships and the pain they have endured, reaching the core of their being, and laying bare their sorrows and regrets.
In the end, the song emphasizes the need to let go of expectations and past burdens. By choosing to embrace freedom, the singer acknowledges the price they have paid and the sacrifices made, all while recognizing that letting go is the key to seeing another day and finding ultimate liberation.

This line is so beautiful and true to me. 2018 was so entirely rough on me towards the end. But 2019 has already become promising.. All I had to do was release myself from the negativity around me. Let my own flowers bloom. β€οΈ

I find myself thanking you for your music more than ever. The song was a random morning click as I was coming back home. And I found myself in tears. The hardest things in life sometimes require sacrifices. Sometimes we walk away from our throne and feel the dirt under our feet. And we learn our worth outside of titles and treasures. We learn our worth through labyrinths we finish and through those who hold our hand and stand by our side along the way. It's taking that big step that is a start.
