The lyrics to Ding Dong's song Badman Forward are mainly a celebration of dance and music, with a focus on the badman pull up dance move. The song starts with Ding Dong noting how long real badmen have wanted to dance but couldn't, but now with the badman pull up dance move they can finally let loose. The lyrics also pay homage to different dance crews and bad men from all over the world, including Brooklyn and Toronto.
The chorus, "badman forward, badman pull up" is repeated throughout the song, serving as both a rallying cry and a command to do the dance move. The verses are filled with references to different dance crews and their members, many of whom are known bad men.
Overall, the song celebrates dance, music, and the ability for bad men to enjoy themselves and let loose like everyone else.
