We had a "magical" moment at this restaurant years ago. We did not have a reservation but we noticed that on one of the cast members name tags that she was from our hometown. We struck up a conversation with her and talk about a "small world" she used to live on the same street that we currently lived on. She asked if we had reservations and I stated that we were disappointed but we didn't. She asked us to wait a moment and she brought these magical passes out to us and we got to go in for lunch. Definitely a pixie dust moment!

My mom and I went to Be our Guest in October of 2020 and it was this pricing and layout but the butter that came with the rolls was Mickey shaped. And the dessert was in the shape of Chip with white chocolate and that was filled with the gray stuff. Those little details were something special and elevated the service to us. Sad to see those gone.

If you have a child over nine years old who now has to eat off the adult menu you might want to think twice about BOG. Sure they’ll bring “kid food” but it’s still $60. For this reason we had our one and done visit in November 2019 and will fondly remember actually meeting the Beast and getting great photos.

Our daughter ate off only the kids menu even though she's 13 and we still paid the $62 price which is crazy. We did it once, but will probably never do it again. These pre-fixed meals are expensive and not really worth it. We also did LeCellier and that was worth every penny. Best restaurant hands down .

Because they are comped by Disney for 90% of the stuff they do. If they want to keep getting comped they can't talk badly about Disney. I enjoy watching her videos but they aren't completely honest. She likes EVERYTHING she eats. Not possible unless you have no pallette. Disney food is not that good for her eyes to be rolling in the back of her head every time she takes a bite. I started watching PC Dev...he gives honest opinions on things.

We just ate here a couple weeks ago - I enjoyed my meal (ordered the same thing as Molly), but my kids found their food very bland. My 7 year old loved the green beans at Hollywood and Vine and Garden Grill, but was so disappointed with them at Be Our Guest. Kids like flavor too!

We went in Fall of 2019 (right before the pandemic) and was shocked at how far Disney slipped in the two years (2017) since our previous visit. Now it’s gotten to the point that my wife and I don’t even want to go. Our next Florida trip will be to Universal; Exclusively.

If you like roller coasters, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is really nice. It's got some great animal exhibits and rides for all ages. If you go while school is in session (Florida schools start school in early August) there are practically no lines. Also check out tubing down the Rainbow River or Wakulla springs. They are the largest freshwater springs in the world. Going to Orlando's parks constitutes waiting in lines 90% of the time, and locals don't go there nearly as much as you'd think.

Was here last week. You're paying for the experience not the food at this point. I had the steak, it was over cooked and came with instant mashed potatoes that weren't seasoned, no salt or butter. The grey stuff tasted like food coloring and the french onion soup was heavily seasoned not in a good way. I've always wanted to eat there so I enjoyed it but my partner would not stop complaining. I mean he was the one that paid for it so I can understand. But yeah.

Molly…true story - last time I was there (2017) I didn’t know about the new places and the dinner options. I literally walked up to the check in counter with no reservation and got a table for 3 at about 4pm. It was amazing that the cast member just made it work!

We did this in 2018 too! I knew about reservations but couldn't get one. I walked up and asked and waited about 45 minutes. I've waited as long for cheesecake factory so no prob lol. I will say that meal in 2018 was better than the dinner we had there in 2020. The experience is nice I do wish Belle was there though and of course that they actually walked by the tables like other character meals do. It would be more complete. Even some other characters lumiere or cogsworth..something to kick it up a notch.

I was just there a couple weeks ago. The steak was the best I'd ever had. Watching this review, I wish I'd had the onion soup as the appetizer, but the lobster bisque was fine. Overall, I really enjoyed everything.

Just a quick thank you to Molly for her fiddle faddling advice. We missed getting the reservation 60 days out. So I kept checking each day like Molly always recommends, and just over a week before our trip, something opened up and we got in. Thank you!

We went just about 13 months ago. We had an amazing server and fantastic meals. Absolutely loved it. I did catch a couple pictures of the Blue Blur. And as I watch, I’m noticing that Molly is at our table. She and Morgan did the same at Nomad Lounge, exact same table. I did also notice that Chip is not a cup but is now just a disc. We had the white chocolate cup and handle.

Love your vlogs! Maybe it's just me, but Sci Fi Dine In Theater has been almost impossible to reserve since the reopening, even 60 days out. Can count on two hands the number of times a reservation has even popped up and was only able to secure one reservation for 4 pm on my birthday. Unfortunately had to cancel that one. Any reservations that have popped up have been too late in the evening. Just as Dory keeps on swimming, I will keep on checking. Keep up the good work. Thank you and God bless.

My family and I went there in July and the service was amazing! Our waiter came around almost every 5 minutes to check in on us and was very knowledgable. Food was delicious and the Beast came out every 10 minutes when we were there. On top of that, it’s a beautiful restaurant.

We went in May 2021 for our first time at Disney and got to eat at Be our guest for dinner! The experience itself was awesome and totally worth it they had the pre fix dinner menu going on so I really can’t compare to how it was before Covid. I didn’t think the pre fix menu was bad though I thought it was good my husband thought it was just ok. We both had the steak and mashed potatoes

I was there two weeks ago with my wife for the first time. A little noisy and our seat on the outer circle of the ballroom wasn't the most comfortable, but we were floored by the food quality. French onion, meat and cheese board, filet mignon, and I think a scallop dish. We don't have a lot to compare it to but even for the high cost we loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

I have had breakfast and lunch here and thought both were over priced. The breakfast was Luke warm and boring. The restaurant was overcrowded, noisy and apart from the decor which is lovely, resembled a school dining hall in terms of size and noise.

I’ve been there 3 times for dinner before they changed it to a signature restaurant, it would have been 4, but I don’t like the prefix menu.
The desserts were always weak in my opinion, and they don’t look like they have improved.
The ballroom is amazing, the west wing is really cool, but I think the rose room has a bit to be desired, if you get stuck in there your experience will be dull.

My daughter and I were just there for lunch on Feb 2nd (we got a reservation the same day). It was the BEST meal we had during our entire Disney World trip! I ordered the french onion soup as my appetizer and had the scallops as my main and they were both delicious. My daughter got the fruit and cheese platter and then beef tenderloin for her main and she ate everything. We loved our table, we saw the beast about 3 or 4 times during our meal. We had zero complaints about anything, I would 100% recommend it.

My daughter, a huge Belle fan, ended up crying because there was nothing to see. Food was okay...but not worth the price for a non-existent experience.,,, and this was with the fast service option.

Last time we were there in March I didn’t know that when you find an empty table you’re suppose to stand next to it and wait for a cast member to come and clean it. I made the mistake of mentioning that I needed the table cleaned and the cast member was rude to me. I’ve gone enough times that I don’t feel any need to go back.

Space 220 is worse in my opinion i thought it was going to be immersive like the rainforest cafe with a meteorite shower a slight shaking of the floor. But no it’s just screens. It’s feels incomplete.
I wish they had used that money on something all guest could experience like a ride instead of a meh restaurant only phew can enjoy

@Chuck Oneill LOL It's Disney...Chef de France $40.00 for a filet right off the WDW menu. I'm from Houston every business casual restaurant in town is now $50.00 plus for a filet with mash and a couple of veggies, currently. Apps and desserts are always around 10. Chefs de France 40, Le Cellier 60 and Brown Derby is 50 for a filet.
And her opinion is subjective and i don't think she actually does the math before she repeats the loft repeated narrative She was just fine paying 65 at hefs de France for the sane meal in her review there. Haha People are hypocrits what can i say. Lol
I've eaten at all the restaurants at WDW. We vacation their 24 days per year. I know the place and all the pricing...

@Scuba Daddy You're using "Disney Math". By "anywhere" I believe you mean "anywhere at WDW".
She says, repeatedly, that the food is not as good as what she's eaten elsewhere "on property".
And, even in Orlando, there are restaurants available which are much less pricey.
Go look at Pete Werner's Disney Dining Channel. He and his staff are posting honest reviews, all the time, for WDW restaurants. News flash -- the very best Orlando area restaurants are NOT "on property".

The math says you are getting plenty exactly your money's worth! The food is not mediocre, unless you are trying to make the argument for being cheap! LOL

@Scuba Daddy People aren't being "cheap" just because they actually want their monies worth. The price is higher, the food is mediocre and character interaction is almost gone. The guests aren't cheap, Disney is.
For 60 dollars (plus tax and gratuity) you are entitled to expect more.

The food quality is just a bit better now, but the atmosphere isn't.

We’ve eaten there once and that was enough. Personally I’d rather just eat at CRT, even with no character meets, and still be in the actual castle. I’ve always lucked up and gotten the reservation during the fireworks, the four times we’ve eaten there.

Still safe to say BOG is better than Tony’s though 🤔😂🤷🏻‍♂️

We were there in Dec and it was one of the best meals of our trip. We ordered the steak, scallops, octopus salad, cheese board, and of course dessert. Everything was delicious. We took great pictures. I would come back again. Better than Space 220

When I went in August I was super disappointed on the food especially for my little nephews were their chicken was close to black that looked like they were burnt, it was also dark and you could barely see and the beast would not even stand still for a second so I can take a pic of him, so I had to switch to video so I get something of him without being blurry. All of that for close to $500. Worst restaurant out of all the ones I went to in August and I been to plenty when I went .

We enjoyed the French dip sandwich and would have eaten there every trip we take Unfortunately like many great things, they did away with it. We did try the expensive lunch last time. I would never eat there again unless they brought a cheaper and better menu. Specifically the French dip sandwich would be nice to bring back.

I ate here recently. I got the plant based entree. It’s definitely not worth the price if you’re getting anything other than the steak. It was beautiful inside though. The West Wing had an hour and a half wait time so we dined in the ballroom. Our server was amazing. He was telling us facts about the castle. He mentioned that the wallpaper in the West Wing and the Music Box room are little pictures of the Beasts face.

😑 I have reservations here in a week. We enjoyed the dining during our last trip in 2021. I didnt get a chance to go before the closure. So, I don't have anything to compare it to. I hope it's still worth the price, but not much is nowadays at Disney.

It's the exact same, we have been eating there for years... The same 3 course meal and Chefs de France is 2 dollars more than BOG. People have it in their heads that it's not worth the $62.00. Obviously they can't do math. You can't get a filet at a WDW restaurant for less than 40.00, an app is 10.00 a dessert is 10.00 a drink is at least 3.00 and it comes with coffee as well. Add it up and you are at 66.00 and they are charging 62.00.

I used to really enjoy going there for quick-service lunch and remember getting a nice sandwich and the grey stuff. Unfortunately they have managed to ruin that experience. Now is is $37 for a kid's lunch? No thanks Bob!

I went last November because my fiancee had never been and it's her favorite movie/character. The first time I went, when it first opened, it was truly magical. Now....it's not even worth it. The Beast runs around the entire section for about 30 seconds we couldn't even get a decent picture of him, that's how fast he was! They also changed the menu a lot and it feels less authentic and French than it originally was. I don't plan on returning until they offer more.

It was bad when we went in August last year. Food was salty, dry and overpriced. Service was friendly and attentive but that was the only positive.

Way back in 2014, when BOG first opened, I was planning a family trip to Disney World and was making the dining reservations and I couldn't get in to BOG. I'd gotten all of the other reservations I wanted but not that one. Then one day I got an email describing a plan whereby you ordered your meal choices before you even arrived at Disney. The email was offering me the opportunity to have lunch at BOG, if I was willing to participate. Oh yeah, I was. We has a toasted ham sandwich and really tasty fries, and a grey stuff cupcake, that was so good I got a second one.

I went to BOG in May and it was phenomenal. Best French onion soup, the filet mignon was great, but the potatoes I still dream of. Desserts were so cute, but so, so, they still had chip with the grey stuff when we went. The experience is amazing and worth it in itself. Plus, we booked at night so when we left we had the park practically to ourself and took a ton of photos in front of the castle! It was beautiful. My daughter and I fell sleep on the bus back to Pop Century. Definitely worth the money!

Molly love u beg to differ about one and done at BOG. It is a must on my list of restaurants. I always had amazing food there and the experience never gets old. The only down side for me is the gray stuff. I do not like it... but please dont tell the dishes! 😉😁❤

we were just there. I like it a lot- thought it was about $10 a person over priced. Would have loved to see Beast and belle dance in the center of the dining room. Did not like the desserts at all.

We went there for lunch when it was still a quick service. I had the ham sandwich and it was terrible. The ham was really hard to chew, very poor quality meat.

I and a few friends went a couple weeks ago and managed a reservation. The ambience was cool and my friend's daughter was absolutely fascinated by Beast. However, the food was mediocre and we thought the fare at Tusker House was much better.

We went last summer for dinner. It’s a one & done for me. The French onion soup was great, and the lamb chops were okay. It was a pain that the Beast never paused long enough for us to get a non blurry picture. Not worth the price in my opinion. We did enjoy the quick service lunch here a few years ago when they had it. We were able to order off of the kids menu that way which made for a decent priced meal to experience the castle. The dinner though…not for me. (Edit: we had done lunch to experience the castle at a decent price, but wanted to try the dinner to see the Beast. If they bring back quick service lunch we would go back, but we won’t do the dinner again.)

Video idea - do a 10 year challenge! Pretend it’s 2012 and you can only do attractions that were there 10 years ago! Use a park strategy that you would have done for the 2012 version of the parks!!

We went there in 2019 for dinner. Menu looks the same. My daughter still talks about that dessert. I grew up in late 80s early 90s and as a die hard B&B fan, my reservation was for me. Food was fine, yes expensive but I'm glad I saw it. Don't need to go back but glad I did it.

From this and other reviews, you take out a 2nd mortgage and then just leave your credit card at the entrance. Trust us they will say, and voila! Just like that a thousand bucks gone for a family. Nah! Rather go to France and see real chateaux and eat (much cheaper and authentic) meals.

I absolutely detest mousse in desserts, and Disney seems to put it in EVERYTHING. I always have a chuckle when Molly does a rundown of sweets at special events. If I took a shot for every time she said "mousse" or "crispy pearls," I'd be flat on the floor 😄

Disney seems determined to make the magic inaccessible. There’s no way I can replace the amazing experience our family of six had eating breakfast pre-park opening in the West Wing and exploring this beautiful restaurant. At $60 for all to have breakfast, it seemed pricey to me. We save up to go to Disney. No way am I able to prioritize $400 for a meal.

I don’t mind that we’ll be sitting for three courses as it’s what I always wanted to to do for my daughters birthday so hopefully the food is decent, I’m honestly alright with just paying for the experience of my daughter being in a princess dress in castle ballroom having a fancy meal lol we’ll be there on Thursday for her birthday and once in a lifetime trip for me ahah

It would be nice to see a character change during dinner. You are greeted by the Beast.....and you see the Beast again at dinner. But then a flash of lightning....and a dark sky becomes bright....and then you are thanked by Belle and the prince.
