Infinitpossibilities

Awesome video...everything explained clearly for those like me who are clueless but capable! I currently have ecu that wont communicate on a clk w209 220cdi....how can I identify the positives and grounds on this ecu?

@iRepair Autos I have a similar problem as reported. Unfortunately, Infinitpossibilities hasn't returned with an update. I'm going to do a voltmeter test and get back to you on this

iRepair Autos Hi love your vids there informative and you dont get overly technical with your talks. Im looking for some advice,i live in Britain and ive bought a 1999 slk 230 kompressor as my project car to fix up and modify. I wanted to be hands and on do everything myself,im not experienced so ive been searching for an all systems obd11 scanner that can read all the systems on my 1999 slk. Also my obd port isnt in the car its in the engine bay situated next to the k40 relay box is. The obd port is a circle not rectangular like a normal obd port. I bought an adapter thats round one end and rectangular the other end. Please could you recommend an all systems obd scanner that reads all the systems so it cuts out the guess work! I'd really appreciate your advice as im going nuts chasing my tail. If you cant thanks anyway your vids are a great help! 👍

Thanks! You would need to access the pin out schematics. Or.... run a voltmeter across the array of pins one by one until you find the positive. The negative can be harder to find as there may be multiple grounds. What symptoms, errors are you getting? Im really curious about this one. Pinning to the top.

Hello, your videos are very comprehensive, informative and spot on accurate in tackling repairs that would otherwise cost an arm and a leg if left to dealership service departments or unscrupulous shops. Thanks for doing what you do.
I have owned a 2005 E320, which has been cared for exceptionally by me, and has never seen a “check engine” light until recently.
Last October, my daughter got into a small fender bender (no activation of airbags), but damage to front driver side corner (light and bumper damage). Took it to recommended GEICO shop, but due to age and mileage, they wrote it off as total loss. Since car ran perfectly, I decided to fix the damage myself. When I got the car back, I got ESP, SRS, ABS and check engine light issues all at once. The car now does not shift properly (up or down), and at times fails to go into manual shift. Its almost as if the entire system was short circuited. Any advice would be appreciated.

Very helpful. My car "decided" to come to an abrupt stop while I was doing 40 miles per hour. I was almost rear-ended by a car driving at least that fast. Frightening. Greatly appreciate the information. Subscribed!

I really appreciate your time in doing these videos, I know its not easy to shoot a video and make a living at the same time! I have an 04 G Wagon AMG 55, great car, I really love it! My ABS light came on and I replaced the stop light switch and tried the steering wheel calibration trick but as soon as I touch the brake pedal the ABS light would come back on. I checked the brake lights and my third brake light was out, checked the fuses and I had a 5 amp blown going to the third brake light and ta da! The switch failed and blew the fuse, just an FYI, I got lucky!

Hello Keith! Thanks so much for such informative and quality Mercedes Help Videos. I have an issue that needs your expertise regarding a 2007 Mercedes ML350 4MATIC. The current issue involves the mystery of automatic braking that is engaging upon right or left turns. The Rear Brakes (Front Brakes appear fine), ABS Speed Sensors (front and rear), Brake Sensors (both front and rear) have all been replaced. The ABS and Brake Wear lights on the Instrument Panel, which were on prior to the aforementioned repair/installations, are no longer on. There are no Trouble Codes showing. Could this be some sort of reset issue? Would you please Sir help shed some light on this perplexing issue? I extend my gratitude in advance for any directives.

Ida West

Still having the issue. I know that you must be in high demand, as your expertise is very evident. If you can please find a moment to respond to my post from several weeks ago, I would be ever so grateful for your directives. Thanks so much in advance as I await your response.
