Doubting Thomas could be seen as kind of a dry run for Key and Goettel's next ex-Skinny Puppy project, dOWNLOAD. However, Doubting Thomas trades dOWNLOAD's heavy for the abstract.
Doubting Thomas released two records - the full-length album "The Infidel", and the accompanying EP "Father Don't Cry." In 2007 both were revamped on a 2-Disc set marked "Special Edition 20 Year Anniversary," which included previously unreleased material.

Can't believe this 30 years old, it really is an amazing track/ album. I always hoped for a second album and I know skinny puppy still exist but this off shoot was awesome. Nothing since has surpassed this.

Goettel was a genius. Not to bad mouth Key, but....after having listened to both of their solo work, it's apparent who had the greater fire of the mind.
