First of all, what is your source for this claim that Marcus Garvey took credit for inventing fascism? I don't believe that for a second, especially since Hitler didn't like black people anymore than he liked Jews.
Second, your calling Martin Luther King "as brilliant an orator as Hitler" implies that the one can be put in the same category with the other. Sure they both made speeches, but Hitler's speeches were about hatred and war, whereas Dr. King's speeches were about freedom and justice for everyone, regardless of race, skin color, nationality, religion, political belief, etc. King also spoke about peace, especially in his criticism of the Vietnam War, which he saw as an extension of American racism and a waste of money and resources, which he believed should have been put to better uses, like fighting poverty, unemployment, racism, injustice, and so on. As he once said, "A country that spends more money on war than on programs of social uplift is commiting spiritual suicide."
Dr. King's words are just as relevant today as they were in his day. This country still has too many social problems because we still spend more money on the military (even in times of peace) than on social uplift programs. That military spending has nothing to do with our National Defense or with protecting "National Security," but it has plenty to do with enriching the big business defense contractors, in other words, the Military-Industrial Complex, as President Eisenhower called it, and he was a career soldier and a hero of World War Two.
It really seems like America is "commiting spiritual suicide," as MLK said it would. Germany practically did the same thing because Hitler was determined to rebuild his country's military might (in violation of all the World War One treaties), just so he could make war on countries that posed no threat to Germany, because of his insane desire for world conquest and domination.
Third, your suggestion that each ethnic group should start its own version of NS (National Socialism, AKA Nazism) is even more absurd, because NS is based more on racial hatred than on racial pride.
Fourth, you say that the Arabs, Indians, and Chinese became sympathetic towards Germany. Maybe some of them did, but not all of them. Besides, if the Nazis had won the war and had succeeded in destroying the Jews and other ethnic groups they considered "racially inferior," how do we know that Hitler wouldn't have turned his wrath on the Chinese, the Indians, and the Arabs, since they were all non-white people, and thus, non-Aryan. Besides, the Chinese probably didn't really like the Germans because they were on the side of the Japanese, which was at war with China. That would have made Germany as much an enemy of China as the Japanese were.
