Guitar Boogie is a compilation blues album with Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page, with additional credit to The Allstars. Most songs on this album were written by Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck or Jimmy Page. Guitar Boogie was released as a part of a British Archives series and is rare in that form. The album was re-released in the US in 1977 by Pickwick International. Only two of the guitarists appear on any given track. Jeff Beck does not appear on any of the Page/Clapton numbers. Similarly, Clapton doesn't appear on the Allstars tracks.
Jeff Beck's two tracks were recorded in 1963 and can be found on several different compilations.

A Masterful performance by BOTH Page and Clapton. NO MISTAKES or errors; CLEAN as can be. The Ending phrasing is so beautiful . Clapton's inventiveness is beyond description, and NONE of the breaks are the SAME. The guy is a Genius and WAS when this was recorded , I Think in '66. Why he is called SLOWHAND perfectly illustrated in this number.
THANKS Jimmy who produced and played back-up and To Eric: Beautiful music!!!
@iagobroxado
The slowhand nickname came from him breaking strings and people in the audience giving him a "slowhand" clapping while he replaced strings.

Anthology of British Blues, I have from 1969, but Freight Loader was recorded around 1966. This is what made Clapton God.
@GypsyBlws
Very interesting, didn't know that! Thanks for passing by, enjoy.
@stourleykracklite6271
What made Clapton God was the Bluesbreakers record in 1966. Let's try and keep the record straight for the kids.
