Heard for the very first time on a PBS show “Little Bird”. Beautiful song. Normally don’t care for country unless it’s the classics like Patsy Cline, Cash, Orbison, etc. This, this is a classic. Wonderful voice, wonderful song.

I noticed that all comments stem from 2 Christmases ago. I discovered this song while looking and searching for Country Hits from the early '60's. It is now Christmas, 2017, and I hope all of you are well and happy. Great song!

His voice alone could make me weep and the song had teardrops falling. Thanks for having this, J W! Milton sent me here to make me cry! 😥

This is my PICK OF
THE WEEK! Thanks to
Muzikgirl67 for requesting this, and of course for J.W. Gauntt for having it
to post! Truly one of
the most beautiful songs I have ever heard in my life. At the age of 72, if it were not for you tube
I would surely have died without having heard this great song,
and countless others.
@ruthboykin9873
Neither would I have, Milton! Do you think when we go to heaven we will be able to sing in all the great voices we've loved over years?
