I wanna, I wanna, I wanna
(Change mind, I wanna change my mind)
No matter where I go どこいても
歩けば pain that's why I wanna
(Change mind, I wanna change my mind) yeah, uh
(Change mind, I wanna change my mind)
(I wanna change my mind)
期待してる 'cause I wanna, I wanna (change mind, I wanna change my mind)
I know (I wanna change my mind)
(Change mind, I wanna change my mind) yeah

The lyrics of Exile's song "Change My Mind" revolves around the theme of restlessness and searching for something, even if it may not exist. The singer describes his state of mind as constantly wanting to change his mind, walking through pain, and searching for answers, despite knowing that none exist. The lyrics also touch upon feelings of regret, loneliness, and a sense of emptiness that the singer is trying to fill with meaningless desires, alcohol, and smoke. The music and rhythm seem to depict a sense of urgency and longing, adding to the overall feeling of restlessness.
The lyrics also mention Tokyo, its bills, and its night streets, which may suggest that the singer is experiencing this restlessness in a city, which can be overwhelming and isolating. The piece also touches upon the singer's relationship with an unnamed "you," whom he/she may have loved, and now their presence is merely a memory. The singer seems to be holding onto the hope of reconnecting with this person even though he/she knows that it may be impossible.
The song's themes and lyrics seem to speak to the universal human experience of restlessness, yearning, and searching for something more, which is relatable to people globally. The music of Change My Mind and its lyrics have resonated with many listeners in Japan and beyond as the song speaks to the feelings of many people in today's society.
