Where the strange were accepted
Where individuals who were considered different were welcomed.

And judged by what's inside
Where people were evaluated based on their character, not their appearance or social status.

A scene of truly open minds
It was a community of individuals with genuinely accepting and tolerant attitudes.

Somewhere, somehow everything has changed
But over time, things have changed and deviated from what brought us together before.

Look at what we've gotten ourselves caught up in
We've become involved in petty, insignificant conflicts and dramas.

Let's take a look at ourselves
Let's re-evaluate our actions and attitudes and consider how we can improve and return to our past values.

The same mindless clicks
The same unthinking, exclusive groups.

The same high school shit
The same immaturity and pettiness that we were supposed to leave behind in high school.

All the walls you scream about breaking down
All the figurative barriers that we claim to want to demolish.

I've watched you build brick by brick
But in reality, we've only created more divisions by focusing on our differences instead of our commonalities.

Was it more than words
Let's ask ourselves if our past values and principles were truly meaningful and authentic.

Can we start again
Let's come together and begin anew with our original values and principles in mind.
