They burst onto the music scene in 2022 with their debut single, "Cardboard Box". In the same year, FLO would go on to release their debut EP "The Lead" and a subsequent EP titled "3 of Us" in 2023.
FLO's style derives from R&B and hip-hop, particularly from the 1990's and 2000's. This style is further accentuated by their music videos, with the music video for "Cardboard Box" inviting comparisons to the likes of TLC and Destiny's Child.
There are also other artists using "FLO" as their name.

Flo is surely one of the most eclectic and versatile personalities in Italian Musical Scene .
As a very singular singer and songwriter, she was able to mix her musical experiences (from the musical “C’ era una volta…Scugnizzi” to the collaboration with musicians as Lino Cannavacciuolo and Daniele Sepe) in her peculiar style, in which languages and sounds melt in her powerful singing.
In 2011 she started her solo career after meeting guitar player and composer Ernesto Nobili. Very soon percussionist Michele Maione and Cello player Marco Di Palo Joined the duo, forming the 4tet that still nowadays is beside her.
Her music evokes an immense south, is the chronicle of towns and lives suspended in time and space, among pity and disenchantment,

FLO was born into a Christian home and his parents raised him to understand the reality of God and took him to church where he was educated by the word. He knew the truth but strayed away from it throughout his highschool years. He was under the influence of the wrong crowd and became a follower.

After watching this season recently she is probably my least favourite contestant ever on the race. She's exactly the type of person I would never want to meet in my life. Disrespectful, rude, and a general mean spirited person. I get that the race breeds conflict, but still that doesn't give you the right to scream at your partner for every little thing. Some people are entertaining to watch as villains like Joe and Bill on season one, but I just found her really annoying more than anything. Zach on the hand seemed like a really geniune person, and he probably deserved the million just for having to put up with her constant whining alone.

I’m so happy I found somewhere where I could let out all my anger towards Flo for something that aired so long ago... but yeah, Zach deserved at least 3/4 of that money. Flo just gave up. And it looked like it was as soon as she realized Drew was no longer in the race that she just didn’t care anymore. But she was good at the beginning (with her being able to speak French and Italian; and her being able to become friends with other teams in order for them to help her and Zach on multiple occasions) - Zach was too laid back to be able to form alliances by himself. But MAN I just wanted to slap her silly on the Vietnam leg. So annoying and rude. >>>>>PS. I learned Flo and Drew did get involved romantically after the race and were together for like 7 years, but went their separate ways in the end.
