Tres Casas, which literally means Three Houses in Spanish, was released with a surrounding concept represented in the album's art and multimedia content, designed by the Venezuelan artist collective Keloide. Famasloop has described to the press that the album is divided into three houses, each one with a different theme (commercial, intellectual and spiritual). All of these houses include a half-a-minute introductory Puerta (Spanish for door), and three songs, making a total of twelve tracks. The album received production and post-production guest contribution from well-known musicians, such as Tweety González (keyboardist of Fito Páez), Nené Vázquez (percussionist of Aterciopelados), Guille Vadalá (Bass guitarist of Fito Páez), Oswaldo Rodríguez (Sur Carabela) and more.

@Famasloop hola! Lo acabo de ver, porque mi hija vino emocionada a mostrarmelo para que lo oyera. Me puso los audífonos y al cerrar los ojos y entender la canción, me imaginé el punto azul como el planeta Tierra, sostenido en la nada por una mano un poco más ancha que la Tierra...parecía una hoja en la distancia desde donde veía todo, pero era la mano de Dios! La música sonaba y venía de todo el Espacio circundante, negro, obscuro, pero para nada atemorizante. El Espacio y la música giraban a mi alrededor, era en sí, la música del universo. Se fueron todos mis pensamientos, toda preocupación, toda angustia...estaba en medio de la nada, rodeada de una música increíblemente relajante y sensorial...y extasiada en la belleza de ese punto azul que se acercaba más y más...cuando comencé a oír el sonido de las olas del mar, supe que el punto azul era el océano! Estuve fuera del planeta. Tremenda experiencia musical, de relajación y viaje astral... Tal cual! Fueron 8 minutos que parecieron 2... Quiero más! Wow! Creo que hasta mi ritmo respiratorio bajo... Un relax total!!! Graciasssssssss!
