Federico nació el 23 de diciembre de 2002 en la ciudad de Montevideo, Uruguay. En 2020, a sus 17 años, comenzó a componer sus primeras canciones, eligió la música como profesión y emprendió la búsqueda de su equipo de trabajo para iniciar su carrera musical.
En Agosto de 2020, Fedefw comenzó a trabajar con Federico "Coco" García, Músico, Compositor y Productor Musical, quien se convertiría en el productor musical de sus primeros lanzamientos, que conforman su primer 'EP' como solista independiente que se titula This Is Fede.
En el mes de Agosto del año 2021, un año después de comenzar a preparar junto a Federico "Coco" García su primer EP, This Is Fede, es terminado y lanzado en plataformas digitales junto a videos musicales oficiales los cuales son producidos por Rodrigo "Mono" García, acumulando cientos de miles de visitas/streams en cada uno de los 5 lanzamientos que contiene su primer EP como solista Independiente.
El día 23 de Diciembre del año 2021, Fedefw lanza su primer Álbum de estudio de manera Independiente, Desde Cero, el cual contiene los 5 lanzamientos del EP This Is Fede junto a 10 canciones inéditas.

In Otra Vez, Fedefw reminisces about a past romantic encounter with someone special. He expresses how he can still recall the way she danced alone, but always keeping her gaze on him. The memory has stayed with him since then, and he longs to have her by his side again, dancing together in front of the sea. He asks her what he needs to do to have her again, and how they can relive that same moment when they first laid eyes on each other.
As time passes, Fedefw remembers more vividly her smile and lips as if they were right in front of him, wanting to spend the whole night together. He remembers the first time they kissed and how it feels like it's been so long since then. Fedefw is hopeful that they can create that same magical moment again by enjoying each other's company one more time.
Towards the end of the song, Fedefw mentions how he's been waiting for her, and they are both familiar with each other. They both imagine what will happen and enjoy the moment together as they did the first time.
