Later on, the same guy confesses to Frank that he used to have sex with all the girls in his neighborhood, but now he's over that and doesn't care about girls anymore. Frank is still in disbelief about what he has just heard, and the song ends.
This song is essentially about a one-night stand and how Frank thought it could be more than that. Throughout the song, Frank seems to be trying to make a deeper connection with this guy, but the guy is not interested. The use of the word "good guy" in the title of the song is ironic because the guy, in the end, isn't really a good guy.
