2) Frozen Ghost is Barry Wynn, a South African psytrance producer who has been releasing music since 2004.
3) Psychedelic guitar heavy rock from Swiss musician Helmut Müller who released the album Nature Of Magic on Black Rills records in 1979.
1.) Frozen Ghost was a Canadian rock band that formed in 1985 by Arnold Lanni and Wolf Hassel, who were previously with the band Sheriff. "Should I See", an anti-censorship song, became a minor hit in the United States, reaching 69th position on Billboard's Hot 100 singles in 1987. The video for that song was nominated for Best Video of the Year at the 1987 Juno Awards, but lost to Glass Tiger's "Someday".
On their final album, "Shake Your Spirit" there were two official additions to the band. John Bouvette, who was on drums and percussion, and Phil X who did some vocals, and played the guitar. Phil X was also credited on the album "Nice Place To Visit" for being a guitarist, but was not considered an official band member until the final album was released.
Frozen Ghost disbanded in 1993.
2.) Frozen Ghost is one of the new breed of of psy-trance producers to hail from the windy city of Cape Town, South Africa. Having grown up listening to Punk rock, Thrash and Hip hop, Barry’s attention then ventured into the more experimental side of electronic music, where he found his true passion in psy-trance. Combining raw elements of serious groove and aggression, meshed with spine-chilling synthetic atmospheric tones and undertones, demented samples and creative percussion, set him up to make the trade mark name that is Frozen Ghost. Since his first single, released on Afrogalactic Records, late 2004, followed by his debut album “Just One Bite”, the distinct cutting edge sound from Frozen Ghost has morphed, manipulated and marveled dance floors in countries such as Israel, Japan and South Africa. Having collaborated with and number of different producers (such as Hiyarant, Zion Linguist, B55, Lost & Found), and following a number of releases on labels such as MMD Records, Yabai Records, Noize Conspiracy Records and Vision Records, as well as compiling the MMD compilation, appropriately called “Cold Conclusion”, his second album was released on Yabai Records September 2007, and was entitled “Edible Technique”. Since then, he has continued to experiment with all facets of music and sound, developing the ever-evolving signature sound of Frozen Ghost which has captured the inner minds of the listeners at home and on the dance floors worldwide.
End of the Line
Frozen Ghost Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
The days are long and the nights are longer
I get weaker as the need gets stronger
I'm a prisoner of my own device
There's always something here and there to entice
[chorus]
Nothing comes without its price
At the end of the line
End of the line
End of the line
End of the line
What I had in hand slipped through my fingers
Now all that I have left is the need that lingers
[chorus]
Frustration, temptation
A feeling I can't resist
Seems to me the only reason why I exist
It's the femme I need
There's gotta be a way outta this
[rockin' keyboard solo]
[chorus]
End of the line
End of the line
End of the line
End of the line
End of the line
End of the line
The lyrics of Frozen Ghost's song End of the Line revolve around addiction and the inability to resist the temptation of it. The first two lines suggest a sense of hopelessness and despair as the singer feels weaker with time. He is a prisoner of his own device, indicating that addiction has taken control over him. The need is so strong that it keeps tempting him, and there seems to be no way out of it. Through this song, the band tries to express the intense struggle that an addict faces while trying to overcome addiction.
The chorus highlights the theme of the song, emphasizing that every vice has a price. It shows how addiction once became a habit and how it transformed into a vice. The repetition of "end of the line" indicates that the singer has reached a point of no return. The lines "What I had in hand slipped through my fingers/ Now all that I have left is the need that lingers" further reinforce the hopelessness and regret felt by the singer.
Overall, the song deals with the dark aspects of addiction, highlighting the feelings of desperation, hopelessness, and temptation. The lyrics and melody work together to create a haunting and melancholic atmosphere that conveys the intensity of the struggle with addiction.

I worked with these guys in the 80's and Arnold Lanni has produced Canadian rock groups such as Finger Eleven, Simple Plan, the first four Our Lady Peace albums (including the diamond-certified Clumsy), Hello Operator, Thousand Foot Krutch, Echo Jet, The Waking Eyes and Rev. He has also produced American groups The Gufs and King's X (Ear Candy). The production sound on F G is amazing , great bass , guitar textures , keys and sax and Arnold's wall of vocals really makes this a pleasure to listen to over and over , I still have the vinyl and CD versions ! Still stands as an excellent Canadian group !

his bother Rob helped too!!!
@OIdiesCentral
Best soft rock group ever in my opinion based on the tunes and number of incredible songs and Canada has other groups like that, like Saga and BTO all deliberately suppressed by music media.Once i get my video recording gear up and running,i'll re-record and repost them in much better quality.

@@OIdiesCentral Can't really pit BTO in for vocals Randy Bachman sucks as a lead singer he sounds like an 8 year old angry kid lol but great guitar player no doubt! SAGA are fab! Remember FM in their early days with Nash?
