The group was originally teased on 17 March with the split EP, GP?, which did not contain song metadata. The formal announcement for the formation of the group did not come until 28 March, at the conclusion of WACK AUDiTiON CAMP 2020. Their debut single, Don't go to the bed, was released the very next day. On 01 April, their teaser EP was re-released as G/P.
