We had no idea that we were living in the golden age of music back then. A real concert with real talented performers in their prime. No auto tune, no backing tracks, no douche in front of you holding up a smartphone. Just great songs, pure rock and pure talent at its finest. Good times!

Maybe it was that there were so many great bands and it didn't seem possible at that time that music could get to it's lowest point as it is now. But i think i did realize back then that it was at a high point. With grunge it only got better (in my view) ...........and we fell upon these times of no comparison. Like you said, talent in their prime was what we were gifted to witness.
