non ti merito più
ma al mondo non esiste nessuno
che non ha sbagliato una volta
E va bene così
me ne vado da te
ma quando la sera tu resterai sola
Sui monti di pietra può nascere un fiore
in me questa sera è nato l'amore per te
E va bene così
me ne vado da te
ma
al mondo no non esiste nessuno
che non ha sbagliato una volta
amor!
Non son degno di te
non ti merito più
ma quando la sera tu resterai sola
ricorda qualcuno che amava te
amore amor
amore amor
The song "Non son degno di te" by Gianni Morandi is a heart-wrenching tale of regret and lost love. The opening lines set the tone for the song as the singer admits that he is not worthy of his lover and does not deserve her anymore. However, the next line provides a sense of comfort to the listener as the singer acknowledges that everyone makes mistakes at some point in their life. This line serves as a reminder that no one is perfect and that we should not be too hard on ourselves when we make mistakes.
The chorus of the song is particularly poignant as the singer tells his lover that he is leaving her. However, he also asks her to remember that he once loved her deeply. This line is symbolic of the fact that even though the couple may not be together anymore, their love for each other will always remain. The imagery of a flower growing on a rocky mountain further emphasizes this point. The fact that love can bloom in even the most difficult of circumstances is a message that is both powerful and heartwarming.
In the second verse, the singer repeats the opening lines, further emphasizing his unworthiness of his lover. However, the following lines provide a glimmer of hope as the chorus is repeated once again. The final lines of the song are a repetition of the word "amore", which means love in Italian, leaving the listener with a sense of longing and sadness.
