She made her debut on the music scene in 2012, when she participated in the Sanremo Festival in the Nuove Proposte category, presenting her unreleased song 'Incognita Poesia'.
In 2016 he released the single "Chiusa con te (XXX)", produced by Tiziano Ferro for the Sugar label. A track with pop/r'n'b sounds.
In 2017, Giordana wrote the song 'Bam Bam', the official theme song of the second edition of Lazio Pride.
In 2018 she returned to Sanremo as an author with the song "Senza appartenere" written for Nina Zilli. In the same year she took part in the Amici di Maria De Filippi talent show, coming second and winning the TIM Critics' Prize awarded by the main newspapers.
On 19 April 2019, he released his first EP "Casa", containing 6 previously unreleased tracks, which was certified GOLD for the album and PLATINUM for the title track "Casa".
The album remained in the Top 10 of the best-selling and most listened to albums in Italy for more than two months.
On 11 October 2019, she released her second album "Voglio Essere Tua", containing 10 previously unreleased tracks, anticipated by the single "Stringimi più forte", also certified GOLD.

When I say 'love me now' in the song I am talking about me, about the moment when you are alone and learn to love yourself, regardless of external reality. I lose myself in your breath', 'breath' means life, life that you have to live well with in order to learn to love."
On 20 November 2020, he released the single 'Siccome Sei' .
"It is my dedication to music. A return to the roots, to how I started writing songs. I grew up with music, the pen in my hand. I see this song as timeless and I don't want it to be associated with an era, I dream it flows through time without reference."
On 30 April 2021 he released 'Tuttapposto (feat. Loredana Bertè)", the lead single from her third album "Mi Muovo", an international sounding track produced by Zef and mixed by Robert Orton, winner of three Grammy Awards, who has worked with international stars such as Lady Gaga, Ellie Goulding and Lana del Rey.
During this year he wrote the tracks "0 passi", certified double platinum, and "Mentre ti spoglio" for Deddy and "Il nostro tempo" for Alessandra Amoroso.
On 26 November 2021, he released the single 'PASSEGGERO', a song with Latin sounds with which he anticipates the change of sound of his new musical project.

On 22 April 2022, he released the track 'Le cose che non dico', an uptempo ballad combining melody and electronics.
"Le cose che non dico was born one night from a melody and the instinct to pull out some notes. We worked hard on every detail and every time I listen to this song I am literally transported to another dimension. I wanted and want to experiment with myself and with new ways of inventing music. I don't want to get bored but at the same time I try to stay true to my idea of poetry, the one I try to put in my lyrics. I want to try to stay true to that need that drives me to write and without which I would not have the courage to publish anything."
He also signed several tracks by Amici 21 contestants such as "Tienimi stanotte", certified GOLD, and "Niente a parte te" by Luigi Strangis, "Dove sei" by Sissi and "Non siamo soli" by Alex W.
He founded 21co, an independent record label, together with Briga, Mamo Giovenco, Emanuela Sempio, Gabriele Costanzo and Fascino PGT, in which he acted as A&R of the label.
21 September 2022 saw the release of 'Un autunno fa', the launch single for her fourth album 'Questa fragile bellezza', released on 27 October.
"An autumn ago I perceived it as a poignant ballad with essential sounds, in which I eliminated the superfluous, leaving behind what really matters to me, with the aim of describing and immortalising the emotion of a moment.".
She began working with Martin Kierszenbaum, an US record producer and lyricist, on an international project that will see her singing and writing in French and English in spring 2023.
