In summer 1993, Oriol Farré, Juanjo Muñoz, Natxo Tarrés and Roger Farré from Manresa, joined together to start a new band. They won an award with their first record "Gossos" (1994). After a few tours in Catalonia they edited their 2nd record "En privat" in 1996. Followed by "Mandala" (1997) and "Directament" (1998, recorded in the "Teatre Conservatori" of Manresa) with the collaboration of other consolidated members of the Catalan Rock like Cris Juanico, Gerard Quintana and Pemi Fortuny. In 2000 they recorded "De viaje", their only album in Castillian so far, followed by "Cares" (2001).
In 2002 they move away from their acoustical style to start using electric guitars and drums. Their latest albums recorded are "El Jardí del Temps" (2003), "8" (2005) and Oxygen (2007).

The song "Enmig Del Camí" by Gossos talks about uncertainty and the fear of the unknown. The lyrics start by questioning who knows where the powerful guard that moves the world sleeps or what the victorious bearded men are doing. The band then sings about waking up with high expectations, learning from those who opened the doors to paradise, and enduring until the end. The singer expresses a fear of being alone in the middle of the path if the person they are with leaves them, and the only thing that matters now is far away from where they are. The song talks about someone who breaks away from old patterns, and the uncertainty that comes with it. The singer expresses the desire to suggest things and not wait any longer. Even though some people are still silent, they may talk someday while enduring the storms until the day that has to come arrives. All in all, the song is about being afraid of losing someone or something important and enduring until the end, even during the storm.
